Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Assess and treat a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs, techs, and nursing staff
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Create individualized treatment plans that help patients regain strength and mobility
Document care and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapist license
National Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
Wound care experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Knowledge of wound care, ortho, neuro, and general rehabilitation
Strong communication and collaboration with nursing and therapy teams
Ability to manage a mixed caseload of 7 treatment hours per day
