Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Manage a caseload of 45-minute sessions while maintaining quality care standards
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to deliver comprehensive patient care
Build lasting relationships with patients in a supportive community environment
Contribute to a team that has successfully transitioned therapists to full-time roles

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license required
Current BLS certification from AHA
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy
Experience with orthopedic conditions and varied patient populations
Excellent communication and patient management abilities
