Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (with rotating call coverage including weekends)

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures including cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
• Assist in a variety of surgeries such as ortho, ENT, gyn, and general cases
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Take on-call responsibilities for emergency surgeries
• Maintain sterile field and manage surgical equipment
• Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced OR environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of OR experience with CV, vascular, and robotic surgeries
• Ability to take call as needed
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with endovascular and moderate sedation is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci)
• Knowledge of surgical equipment such as Hana bed, Axis bed, and Stryker towers
• Skilled in circulating for a wide range of procedures
• Familiarity with Expanse EMR system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
