Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient assessment and care planning
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
