Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess neuro stepdown patients for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Provide patient and family education on neuro conditions and recovery
Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Neuro or stepdown experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of neuro assessment and monitoring
Proficient in IV therapy and medication administration
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork
