Shift Type: Per diem, flexible 12.5-hour shifts as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg unit
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Current RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state) required
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
