Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Advocate for patients and families during vulnerable moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ER experience preferred for this high-energy role

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent triage and prioritization abilities
Effective communication in stressful environments
