Shift Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 - $47.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Occupational Therapists in crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that truly make a difference
Deliver hands-on patient care through therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and mobility activities to boost independence
Monitor progress, document updates, and keep the supervising OT in the loop for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on essential therapy techniques and safety practices
Maintain spotless documentation and a safe therapy space while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Active California COTA license
Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF or similar setting preferred
BLS/CPR certification preferred
