Physical Therapist Assistant - LTC

Location: Moore, Oklahoma

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts, flexible start times before 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities under PT supervision
Track patient progress and collaborate with your supervising Physical Therapist to optimize care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure outstanding outcomes
Document treatments accurately and participate in care conferences to drive facility success
Support students and adhere to professional standards for ethical, high-quality practice

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Oklahoma
1+ years of PTA experience
LTC or Rehab experience
New grads welcome with Level II fieldwork experience
Recent skills checklist and resume required
