Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with neuro, CVA, pulmonary, and general telemetry needs
Monitor and interpret EKGs using centralized telemetry while responding quickly to any changes
Collaborate with hospitalists, charge nurses, and PCTs to create seamless care plans for every patient
Support patients on Airvo/High Flow therapy and manage vents with RT and pharmacy teams available 24/7
Guide patients and families through their recovery journey with clear education and encouragement

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the last 6 months
Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts max) and Sim Lab on day one
Strong EKG interpretation skills and comfort with 1:3-4 patient ratios

Telemetry monitoring and centralized EKG interpretation
Neuro and cardiopulmonary patient care
Airvo/High Flow oxygen therapy
Collaborative teamwork with charge nurses, hospitalists, and support staff
Clear communication and patient education
