Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible shifts including 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour options; specific days and times to be confirmed during the interview process

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple care settings including OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient
Operate advanced Philips CT scanners and C-arms with precision and care
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient imaging
Maintain equipment and ensure proper documentation using Cerner EMR
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate patient care
Support trauma and emergency imaging needs with confidence and accuracy

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
BLS certification required
Fluoroscopy permit required through the state of California
Minimum 1-2 years of radiology experience; first-time travelers welcome
CT experience strongly preferred
Level II trauma experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Philips iPatient 64-slice and Big Bore 16 CT scanners
Comfortable working with C-arms in the operating room
Strong understanding of diagnostic radiology protocols
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
