Shift Type: 5-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed), orientation required, Rad Tech shift type

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate radiographic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images with care and precision
Position patients safely and compassionately while following radiation safety protocols
Review images for technical quality and communicate findings to the radiology team
Maintain accurate patient and imaging records in the facility’s systems
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered imaging services

Qualifications

ARRT certification or equivalent preferred; state licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) required
Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (associate degree typical)
Comfortable working directly with patients of all ages; strong communication skills
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Professional, reliable, and able to follow established safety and imaging protocols

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or closely related field

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with standard radiographic techniques and patient positioning
Working knowledge of PACS and radiology documentation systems
Understanding of radiation safety principles and infection control
Good interpersonal skills to comfort and guide patients through procedures
Attention to detail for producing diagnostically useful images
