Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Hourly Rate: $55.51 – $79.14 (based on experience; 13-step clinical scale up to 30 years)

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to create personalized therapy plans
Deliver compassionate Physical Therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Collaborate with physicians to ensure top-notch patient care
Document progress with precision and manage diverse patient needs

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing
Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Current AHA BLS certification
1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
Ability to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses
Commitment to ongoing professional development
