Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a variety of conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, and fall prevention
Work primarily with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
Utilize EMR systems to document patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care
Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs

Qualifications

1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
Current PT license in Arizona
BLS and CPR certification required
EMR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
EMR documentation systems
Geriatric patient care and fall prevention strategies
Vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV treatment
Neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation approaches
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
