Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
Support acute inpatient coverage when needed to expand your clinical impact
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a welcoming small-town community

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong clinical skills across a variety of diagnoses

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Ability to manage a varied caseload in a small-town setting
Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient education skills
