Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, and wound care
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapy colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them regain strength and mobility
Contribute to a supportive rehab environment where every team member makes a difference

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Compassionate, reliable professionals who show up ready to make an impact

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating general, ortho, neuro, and wound care patients
Comfortable working across inpatient acute, skilled, and outpatient settings
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Flexible and dependable with a positive team-first attitude
