Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that restore mobility and independence for patients
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Monitor patient progress and adjust care to ensure optimal outcomes and smiles all around
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for lasting recovery
Maintain detailed records to support high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications

Active PTA or PT license in good standing
Experience in rehab settings to hit the ground running
BLS certification preferred
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and confidence

Education

Associate degree for PTA or Doctor of Physical Therapy for PT
Completion of accredited physical therapy assistant or therapist program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Patient assessment and progress tracking expertise
Excellent communication for building trust with patients and teams
Adaptability in a fast-paced rehab environment
