Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an acute care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy License required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
• NICU and outpatient experience preferred
• A team player who shows initiative and adaptability

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in acute care rehabilitation techniques
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records systems
