Shift Type: 4x10s, Occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within a 13-week contract)

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current state of Oregon physical therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with Epic systems

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Electronic medical records (EMRs) like Epic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
