Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, family-centered nursing care to mothers and babies during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
Assist physicians and midwives during examinations and procedures
Support individuals of all ages and their families with compassionate nursing care
Apply professional knowledge to deliver specialized care based on specific patient conditions and treatments
Work independently while completing assignments and following physician orders, standards of care, and hospital policies

Qualifications

Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and Labor and Delivery
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced EFM certifications required within six months of hire
NIHSS, STABLE, and ALSO certifications required within specified timeframes

Knowledge & Skills

Professional Nursing License
OB nursing expertise
Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Nursery and Labor and Delivery experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced EFM
NIHSS, STABLE, ALSO certifications
