Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the care team to support daily living needs
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Strong attention to detail and patient focus

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration
Comfortable with long-term care settings
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
