Location: Williston, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a 15-bed LDRP unit
- Monitor and interpret fetal strips with precision to ensure safe deliveries
- Titrate critical drips including Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium following strict protocols
- Float to Med-Surg and ER units as needed to support hospital-wide patient care
- Collaborate with charge nurses and support staff to maintain quality metrics and patient safety
- Educate and support families through the childbirth journey with empathy and expertise
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and fetal monitoring skills
- Ability to read and interpret fetal strips independently
Knowledge & Skills

- AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios
- Meditech EMR documentation
- Philips telemetry monitoring systems
