Location: Bryan, Texas

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate in all surgical specialties including cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general procedures
- Handle complex cases such as CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic-assisted surgeries with confidence
- Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Precept new staff and share your expertise when the unit needs you
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both locations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 5 years of hospital OR experience strongly preferred
- Proven robotics experience with both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Ability to circulate CABGs and craniotomies independently
- Strong references and exceptional clinical skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgeries
- Comfortable with DaVinci and Mako robotic systems
- Skilled in trauma, total joints, and open belly cases
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
- Willingness to precept and mentor others
