Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Silverdale, Washington
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to mothers and babies throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Attend deliveries independently and circulate during C-sections with confidence
- Assist with catching and transitioning newborns while ensuring safety and comfort
- Titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips to support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with in-house OB/GYNs, Neonatologists, and Anesthesia providers 24/7
- Float within the Birthing Center to support mother-baby and postpartum needs as a cohesive team
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
- Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
- No first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- LDRP expertise with high-risk pregnancies including preeclampsia and diabetes
- Strong assessment and critical thinking for 33 weeks and above patient population
- Ability to read and interpret EFM strips using Centricity Perinatal system
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to unit workflows and feedback
