Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations on the unit
- Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
- Provide skilled wound care and monitor healing progress
- Collaborate with physicians via phone for after-hours needs
- Ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Prior LTC experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and the care team
- Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
- Familiarity with Matrix EMR a plus
