Location: Williston, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a 15-bed LDRP unit
- Monitor and interpret fetal strips to ensure the safest outcomes for mom and baby
- Titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, and Insulin with precision
- Float to Med-Surg and ER when needed, showcasing your adaptability across the hospital
- Collaborate with CNAs and surgical techs to deliver seamless patient experiences
- Follow AWHONN guidelines and quality metrics to maintain excellent care standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips confidently
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability to change
Knowledge & Skills
- Fetal monitoring and strip interpretation
- Critical thinking under pressure
- Drip titration for Pitocin, Magnesium, and Insulin
- Meditech EMR proficiency
- Philips telemetry and Traceview/PIP EFM systems
- Floating comfortably between LDRP, Med-Surg, and ER
