Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Casa Del Sol Center
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident needs
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with staff and families
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Strong clinical and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and resident assessment
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
Compassionate approach to elder care
