Shift Type: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents at Red Rocks Care Center
Administer medications and monitor patient responses throughout the night
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care
Document clinical findings accurately and communicate changes promptly
Support residents and families with empathy during every shift

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico or compact state
Current BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Ability to work independently during night shifts
