Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help residents improve their communication skills through personalized therapy sessions
Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders with compassion
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful care plans
Support patients at both Cranbury Center and Aynsley Place as needed
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult speech and language therapy
Ability to evaluate and treat swallowing disorders
Comfortable working across multiple care settings on the same campus
Strong documentation and time-management abilities
