Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, supportive environment that promotes healing and comfort
Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident receives personalized attention

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Safe patient handling techniques
Electronic health record documentation
