Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
Support rehabilitation goals through encouragement and assistance

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Current state or federal issued identification
COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Effective communication with residents and team members
Attention to detail in daily documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab setting
