Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operations of your assigned nursing unit
Mentor and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
Serve as the go-to resource for clinical guidance and problem-solving

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact license
Previous leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Unit leadership and staff supervision
Regulatory compliance and quality assurance
Care planning and resident advocacy
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Time management and prioritization
