Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Belen Meadows Center
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident needs
Document care accurately and communicate changes promptly
Create a warm, supportive environment for every resident you serve

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Strong clinical skills and a caring bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
