Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients using state-of-the-art GE equipment
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety
• Administer contrast media as directed and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards
• Assist with quality assurance and equipment maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in MRI (MRI registered required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
• Breast MRI experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in MRI imaging techniques and protocols
• Experience with GE MRI equipment
• Knowledge of contrast administration and safety
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
