Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM with every other weekend and holiday required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
Collaborate with the care team to support residents with conditions like CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
Administer medications with minimal IV involvement in a calm, home-like environment
Build meaningful relationships while delivering consistent, high-quality care
Contribute to a strong team culture rooted in respect and reliability

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
Current BLS certification
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with PointClickCare EMR system
Understanding of common long-term care diagnoses
Ability to work collaboratively with charge nurses and CNAs
Comfortable with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday schedules
