Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents in a cozy cottage setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
- Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
- Compassionate demeanor and strong clinical skills
Education
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration expertise
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to rotating night shifts
