Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-19-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule with 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM shifts, two-week rotation (2 days one week, 4 days the next)

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident health status using Point-Click-Care
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active LPN license in West Virginia
Point-Click-Care experience required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Electronic medical records with Point-Click-Care
Medication administration and documentation
Resident assessment and care planning
Infection control and safety protocols
Compassionate bedside manner
