Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Contract travel nursing experience preferred
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability to night shifts and dynamic environments
