Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to support quality care
Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, respectful environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential or equivalent (New Hampshire licensure expected)
Comfort working 12.5-hour shifts and participating in orientation
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Basic infection control knowledge and ability to follow facility policies
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs and observation skills
Effective verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Familiarity with documentation best practices
