Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Perform safe and respectful patient transfers and mobility assistance
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and support

Qualifications

Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
Ability to participate in and complete required orientation
Current, valid state identification and ability to work in the U.S.
Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in team-based care

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and basic nursing support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
Teamwork mindset and reliability across shifts
