Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor equipment including burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors
• Perform floor care procedures such as stripping, waxing, and burnishing
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and infection control protocols
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly floor maintenance schedules
• Communicate equipment issues promptly and assist with general housekeeping duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of floor care and maintenance experience preferred
• Floor Tech certification preferred
• Willingness to work every other weekend and handle bodily fluids with proper PPE

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Operational knowledge of floor equipment and chemicals
• Understanding of floor pad types and uses
• Ability to follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Team player with customer service focus
