Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams with precision and care
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure high-quality imaging
• Independently manage your patient caseload and workflow in the absence of on-site supervision
• Document findings accurately and communicate pertinent results to the clinical team
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and departmental protocols at all times
• Provide compassionate patient interactions and explain procedures clearly to patients and families

Qualifications

• Certified ECHO/Vascular Technologist (current certification required)
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification — mandatory
• Comfortable and proven ability to work independently and manage a solo caseload
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to variable shift patterns
• Current relevant state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for Hawaii

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound techniques
• Strong ultrasound equipment operation and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Accurate clinical documentation and familiarity with imaging reports
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with remote or on-site clinicians
