Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents to preserve dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Accurately document care and observations in resident records
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to coordinate great care
Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required) — must be eligible to work in Pennsylvania
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic clinical tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
Familiarity with charting and documentation of resident care
Ability to recognize and report changes in a resident's condition
Safe patient handling and transfer skills
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
