Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents daily
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and transfer needs, ensuring resident safety
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
• No prior experience required – we welcome new CNAs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
