Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, taking vital signs and updating medical histories
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures in an ambulatory clinic
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and ready
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record
• Support patient flow to keep clinic operations running smoothly
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification or registration (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent required
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care is a plus
• Strong communication and patient service skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Comfortable using electronic health records and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinic
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
