Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient progress and respond quickly to changing conditions
• Educate and support patients and their families during critical moments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
• ICU nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care monitoring and patient assessment
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Care plan development and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
