Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rehabilitation therapy to patients in a brand new 42-bed inpatient rehab unit
• Assess patient needs and create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for continued success
• Apply critical thinking to adapt treatment plans and solve challenges in real time

Qualifications

• Active Florida state license is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Meditech documentation is a plus
• Ability to work a 5-day work week with possible weekend coverage
