Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
• Document patient information accurately and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state (NLC)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices and protocols
