Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques for long-term health
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment area
• Collaborate with dental assistants to optimize patient flow and comfort

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Exceptional patient care and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental practice
• Prior experience in dental hygiene is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient education
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
