Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with standards
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and health screening including immunizations
• Previous ER or critical care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and trauma care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in documenting care in electronic health records
• Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations
